We worked with Houston to produce a series of videos that heralded their most significant changes, highlight their new uniform, menus, lounges, IT innovations, and the way they approached their front-line service.

These stories went a step beyond the television advertising, to get the inside story on the new developments. We interviewed people across all aspects of the business: front-line cabin crew; the menu designer, Neil Perry; and managment responsible for making sure your flight is on time.
