We got to ride around on one of those little cars, they’re called “tugs”. It’s even more fun than it looks.

- All the talent in these videos are real, honest-to-goodness Qantas employees. They’re not all used to being on camera, which meant we had to make them feel comfortable and relaxed enough to open up and chat with us.
- They’re all shot on location. We shot documentary-style within a dynamic environment: changing light, unwelcome audio, and omnipresent gawkers.
