Merryn lost everything during the Townsville Flood of 2019. Our challenge was to tell her story sensitively and respectfully, while emphasising Westpac Insurance’s role in getting her back on her feet.

- Most people don’t have experience being in front of the camera. By keeping the crew minimal and the atmosphere relaxed, we were able to tell the story authentically and emotionally, keeping our talent comfortable.
- Keeping the gear lightweight and manageable meant we could film in a variety of locations, responding to conditions on-the-go.
